Use of Our Products
The products listed on this website are for Laboratory Research and Development
purposes only. We assume that the buyer understand the use purpose upon
purchase. We also reserve our rights not to sell our products to unauthorized
individual(s) or organization.
Patent infringement
Patent infringement if any is to be verified by the buyer. Products protected
by valid patents are not offered for sale in countries where the sale
of such products constitutes a patent infringement and its liability is
at buyer's risk. Products currently covered by valid US Patents are offered
for R&D use in accordance with 35 USC 271(e)+A13(1)
Liability
Every efforts has been made to guarantee the accuracy of our catalog.
The information and data given in our documents are correct to the best
of our knowledge, however, their accuracy is not guaranteed. The service
and the Information is provided by AQCHEM on an Ħ°as isĦħ basis. The buyer
is responsible for any liabilities associated with the products. AQCHEM
will not responsible for any liabilities beyond the product purchase price.
Import/Export Control Requirements
Due to the nature of our products, some of them maybe subject to import/export
controls administered by the U.S. government. If you intend to import/export
AQCHEM's products from/to any other country, it is your responsibility
to obtain any necessary import/export license or other authorizations.
Use Safety
Many of the products offered in our catalog may still be investigation
or may never have been manufactured or used on a large commerical scale.
Therefore, they may not yet have been tested for toxicological or other
hazardous properties. AQCHEM makes asumption that the user is a competent
professional who will take safety precautions which are appropriate to
the requirement of any cognizant regulatory angency.
Environmental Safety
Since all products listed are primarily for research use, they may not
be listed in US EPA inventory under section 8(b) of the Toxic Substance
Control Act. The buyer is responsile to ensure approval for use under
TSCA for any product used in development from AQCHEM.
Shipping Safety
The USPS(United States Postal Service), DOT(the US Department of Transportation),IATA(International
Air Transport Authority) or similar agencies in other countries have separately
promulgated regualtions that specify packaging requiremtnts for certain
hazardous materials. Certain items may require certain special handling
packaging to comply with the above regulations. AQCHEM will exert its
best efforts to comply with such regulations, and to do so AQCHEM reserve
the rights to choose the best shipping method for rapid, safe and reliable
delivery of our products.
